Living Room

The living room offers a comfortable seating area with two large couches and several chairs. The audio visual cabinet contains a TV with a CD/DVD player. This unit has an iPod docking station and delivers audio to a wireless surround sound system with indoor/outdoor speakers. Hand held remotes control the two large ceiling fans and the light dimmers. Dual sliding doors lead to the patio/pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a full-size gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator with purified water and ice available in the door. Other amenities include a blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, chef grade pots & pans, as well as extensive serving platters, bowls, and silverware for eight. A reverse osmosis system delivers purified water to the tap and to the refrigerator.

Just of fthe kitchen, the laundry room contains a heavy duty, front loading washer and dryer system, as well as a second refrigerator/freezer.

Dining Room

The dining table seats seven, and the cabinet contains full dish settings, placemats and everything else that you will need to set an elegant table.

Three Bedrooms

The master bedroom downstairs contains a king-sized bed, as well as an attached bathroom with a large shower. Other features include a small safe. Sliding doors lead to the patio/pool area.

The rear upstairs bedroom (not shown) has a king-sized bed. A sliding door leads to a balcony overlooking the patio, pool and yard. The front upstairs bedroom (also not shown) features two comfortable twin beds and a TV with DVD player.

All three bedrooms feature remote controlled ceiling fans with light dimmers. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom which, like the one downstairs, has a large shower.

La Palapa

This roof-top patio features a thatched palm leaf palapa, built in the classic Mayan style. This timeless engineering wicks away water even in the heaviest rain, and in any weather, provides a cool shadey place to kick back, relax and enjoy the great view of the city. Sit in the comfortable lounge seating or set up the hammock and take a nap while the breeze gently swings you. Includes a wet bar, just inside on the third floor landing.

Patio and Pool

Our back yard is a beautifully landscaped oasis. Walled for privacy, it provides a secluded retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The heated 8' x 17' pool with fountain is perfect for children, but large enough for adults to enjoy. The tiled patio features a teak dining table with umbrella, and sun loungers. Bring one of the wireless speakers out and have a barbeque. Don't forget the margaritas.
